Day 21... The sun is out in Florida..Yay

I think we might finally be moving into spring here.. The pain is better today.. My stomach is acting up still but,trying to eat,drink and get around more.. My Husbands day off so I'm getting on late. Just want u all to know,I'm ok and still moving forward.. Luv to u.....

Great Job on 21 Days!!! Yay!!! Go Girl .... Never look back .... I have to agree the warmer weather and sun does make all the difference in our moods. I am in CT and it is getting nicer out but still a bit cold for my liking LOL

congrats on your 23 days girl awesome job!!!! i too feel so much better when the sun it out for sure and warm winter was very dreadful for me this year with all i was going thru spring is finally here and so it the sun and its getting warmer and i am feeling better so I'm with ya on that  keep up the good work!!!!

Hey Girl  good to see you great to see you clean  well your doing it one day at a time  im happy the weather changed by you getting out in the sun helps I got sun 360 days a year out here in the desert it is nice now but the heat is coming anyways your really doing well this is 1/3 phyical and 2/3 mental and your attitude has Rocked the whole time just know you will get better it takes time with methadone  the energy crash will leave  it took me 90 days to get my energy back but it has and I no longer dwell on it  well im off to a meeting tonight.everyone have a great evening...........Gnarly...................................

I agree with you guys.  Sunshine and warmth makes all the difference in the world in my mood. 65 here in the Midwest and we are in heaven.  Shoot, 40 in the morning and kids are still in shorts and tees thinking they don't need a jacket for school. Congrats on our 3 weeks and hope you feel better soon!

I am amazed, I mean absolutely amazed that my days are definitely better when the sun is out vs when it's overcast, raining or cold???? It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen? That sun sure does make a difference! It's sunny, FULL sun here and about 65 degrees....still a bit nippy for me, but I'll take it! This has to have been the worst winter I've ever seen (for us here in Louisiana).
