Day 5 coming up in a few hours!
I am amazed at what I have accomplished so far. With the help of a bit of ambien and valium I have been doing very well. I am lucky enough (have stated in past posts the last day or two) to be in a nice country in Latin America on vacation. I think the euphoria of being here is making me feel much better. Yesterday mid-day marked Day 4 and I thought I would sleep fine that night because the night before I was actualy alrigght with some abien. Took 5MG ambien last night but I ended up getting distracted for an hour online and for some reason it didn't work. Only got about two hours of sleep and have been up since 4AM!
Anyhow, I was taking between 160-240MG for about 4 Months, the two months before that it was about 80-120MG a day.
Being out of the US and not having my hooks is the life saver. It's nice not having to worry about the temptation of calling your dealer or them calling you worrying about why you haven't been calling them. I'm here with my family and actually feeling great. It truly is amazing just how much better I feel in roughly 5 days. The RLS was terrible last night and into this early morning so I am hoping tonight that will go away.

Well Congrats on day 5....and if your like me it will start to get better shortly...I've made 24 days but today hasn't been as pleasant .....just a bad mood I think.... I agree your lucky to be where you are and away from temptation...plus the weather sholud be nice so get out there and enjoy it..
Congrats on Day 5 buddy...seems like you're having a easier than normal withdrawal. Don't let it fool you though...next time may have you wanting to die. Stay strong and keep posting, OK?
