I think using your husband to hold the meds and help you taper off sounds good. That will make the w/d easier. and it may help the two of you get back on track. He will see you are trying. and he is helping. I think we all like to help each other.

you probally should tapper down from that amount, you will feel like **** but you will be able to function. Have your husband give them to you so you can stick to the taper. Definatly look into the vitamins and what not it really helps!! Also exersice even tho you don't want to but it will make you feel better mentally and it is a fight for your life!! Post here and you will get threw this.

your pcp maybe able to prescribe suboxone...it hhelps with w/ds and cravings...read through soem of thepost about it
You have options. You can try tapering. That is something your husband CAN help you with. He can give you your meds responsibly and at the right time. Just cut back 1 pill every few days or so and let your body adjust to it and then cut back another pill. And so on.
Some people have also tried suboxone. Some have a lot of luck with it and others had a hard time with it. I just wanted to let you know they're are options.
