Day 60 was a long journey

Well day 60 is here.  It was quite the journey.  Had lots of triggers along the way.  I'm not gonna lie, but there wasn't a single day that went by I thought about those little white or blue devils.  I will tell you after care has been whats kept me going and staying strong.  This site has been great for me but most of us just need a little harder push to stay clean.  Weather it be NA or Therapy.  I am currently seeing a therapist and that has worked out great for me.  

The word H.A.L.T has helped alot in my recovery

H=Hungry
A=Angry
L=Lonely
T=Tired

Never let yourself fall into one of these triggers and you will succeed.

Thanks to everyone for all their help and guidance.  Especially Sara she has been awesome.  Thanks for all you have done for me.  You were always there when I needed someone.  


Thanks again to everyone and I hope I can be help to some others on this sit like others have helped me.

Thanks for the words of encouragement.  It's great to have friends like you guys around that will listen and speak when we need the drive to keep pushing.
