Energy

When will I get my full energy back again?  My body is starting to ache. And my back is getting outta whack.  I am tired, but I am not going to sleep until as late as possible.  I want to sleep the whole night through.  And what is up with my left leg still feeling like I want to peel it away?   At midnite tonite it will be my 96th hour when I took my last Vic.  I wish my fiance were doing a little better.  He is having a hard time.  :-(

You should start feeling better tomorrow. Day 5 is a turning point. It's like seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Energy comes later. It's one of the last things to come back. That doesn't mean you won't have more energy than right now. You will. Have you tried Gatorade/ It provides some energy but helps to restore your electrolytes which are probably way off right now. Chocolate helps too, but not late at night. You don't want to ruin sleep. Have you looked at the Thomas recipe? There are thing you can take that helps energy, mood and cravings.

You are doing so well. Keep it up!

Well, whatever you do, do not squish your head, it will NOT make it feel better.  Hang in there!!!
