Hey girl.  Do you think the makers of the vitamins and aminos that you suggested for me could make the dang things ANY BIGGER?  OMG,  they are huge.  How are you tonite?  Is the neck any better?

Yeah they are big.... I drink a ton of water when i take them.. and sometimes I wait a few min between taking one...

I am feeling better... it still hurts but it is not the blinding pain I had yesterday.. and all the stress tonight did not help.. I have the next two days off so I can relax...kinda...

I have an appt on Monday and I am probably having a biopsy on a area of skin on the bottom of my foot... won't be fun.. I also got a chiropractor appt monday night but if my foot is messed up I may not be able to go.. will have to wait and see.. If it gets done on monday then I will probably be off til Thursday..kinda scared..

I am still struggling with energy.  Been choking (literally) those vits and aminos down.  I so hope it helps..  I figure even if it doesn't help with energy, my body probably could use the extra nutrition.  Lord knows I certainly don't eat right.  Glad your neck is better.  What in the world are you having a biopsy on the bottom of your foot for?  Not that it is any of my business, but that is a strange place for a biop.

it is a possible melanoma... I had one when I was 13... haven't had a screening in a long time... waited til I had insurance.. I didn't want to have a pre existing condition when my insurance kicked it... I have two on my face and another on my chest.. I am only worried about the one on my foot since its flat and not raised they are gonna have to cut it open and dig it out.. OUCH!!!!  and i will have to stay off of it because of the stiches.. sucks.. but I put it off long enough.. skin cancer runs in my family and I had cervical cancer when I was 20.. so I need to do it..

The vitamins should help but like you said you probably needed them..  alot of times because the pills mess up our digestive tracts we don't absord the nutrients from the food we eat... this is a good way to get back what you are probably defiecient in...

Oh my goodness.  I have never thought that you could get a melanoma on the bottom of your foot.  Well I certainly hopes that it turns out not to be.  What a rotten place to have stitches.  Probably won't want you to get it wet or dirty.... haha a clean bottom of a foot in the summertime.  I really do appreciate your taking the time to post all of the info for me.  Can't wait til I feel like Superwoman!

Apparently the sole of the foot is a "danger" zone for melanoma... its usually in dark skinned woman.. which I am not.. I am white as casper the ghost.. However my mom was young and a sun worshipper.. she wasn't good about putting sun block on me as a kid so I had one removed when i was 13... I have had docs look at my other ones but never a dermatologist... the one on my foot just grew... I didn't realize it... I don't spend alot of time staring at the bottom of my foot ya know?? It started out the size of a small freckle and now is bigger around than a pencil eraser and has jagged edges..
I work on my feet as a hairdresser so I will have to be off a day or so.. sucks.
