Getting ready to go to PT and not knowing the use if I go for pain management...

I am going to have to go to PT, if I am going to go to pain management, what is the use? How am I going to get through these **** exercises with my back in knots? Ugh!!!

Depends on your doc, your mri results etc. There was nothing PT could do for my back so my pain doc didn't send me.

I have DDD and facet syndrome. Precursor, to what I have now. I fell at work an dbulged 2 discs, one with an annulus tear.
