Good Rehab Facility?

Hello Everyone
I know its late but I wondered if anyone can recommend a rehab facility? Location and money aren't an issue. I'm looking for the best of the best. I was lucky. I managed to get clean on my own but my brother is having a horrible time. He's in the medical field and has a raging addiction to dilaudid, versed, fentanyl etc. He's in terrible shape and imploding before my eyes. I took him to a rehab in south florida today and it was a disaster. He didn't like sharing a room, the clientele for lack of a better word, really he hated the whole thing.....lasted a whopping 4 hours and left against medical advice. The main problem I have with him is that he is in the medical field, he's very smart and he's certain he knows more than the doctors/counselors etc....and sometimes he sounds like he does but then again his knowledge hasn't exactly been helping him get better on his own.  I don't know what will please him and I'm grasping at straws. I also don't really know how to recognize a good rehab facility from a hack place. I need a place that is really top notch and where he can get the best treatment available. Doesn't matter where it is or what it costs. Particularly, I think he needs a facility that's good with dual diagnosis issues because I'm certain he has some underlying mental problems.  Any suggestions???

just wondering is there any medical detox that take people with no money and simi insurance? or are we just left to deal with it on are own? any place in calif?

My son had a severe addiction problem - he went to Livengrin in Bensalem PA - wonderful program -wonderful staff.  Was founded by Mercedes McCambridge and actress who was an alcoholic.  You can google and type in livengrin and there is much info available - phone number 215-638-5200.  Hope this helps - good luck.
