cold turkey xanax 2mg

Im doing a cold turkey 2mg a day xanax , ive been using it for like 3 years but NOT all the time i was like on and off it , anyway , now after reading and researching A LOT now im quitting it for good , so , any advice on the cold turkey , besides the usual withdrawal that i know off and having NOW  . TODAY is the 3 day of cold turkey so any ideas ??

completely agree..it can kill you the same as a muscle relaxant withdrawal

You should be in an ER by now.  NEVER attempt benzo withdrawal CT.  Could kill you...
