Hey every one. Hope you are all doing well. I am getting better everyday!! So for all you just starting the good fight... There is light... Not far away. I promise. Been staying busy.... Just wanted to check in and let you all know I'm doin well. Hope you all are as well... Keep fighting .... Its worth it!!! Your worth it!!

Your trip will be good for you....keeps our minds off ourselves....it's such a tedious process....UN-learning and RE-learning....but it's attainable.

Congratulations on day 17!!  That is so great and you are coming out the other side!!!  
So happy to hear you are doing aftercare!  It really is a wonderful lifeline for us addicts!  Whatever your aftercare looks like, as long as you have people encouraging you and wanting the best for you and telling you like it is when you need it, then it is an awesome thing!!!

Thank you!! I'm proud of this seventeen days for sure!! I have had bad days too.... But... For the most part it's mental. And I'm staying strong ... Keeping my gaurd up... And participating in after care ... Trying to get my brain back of you will... Lol. Going on a trip this weekend... I'm excited .... I need it for sure!!!

Great update!!  Congrats on 17 days!!  Make sure you do whatever it takes to stay clean, you are worth it~
