Help - I can't sit still - Day 4?

I don't know if this is day 4 or day 3 for me.  My last dose was one Percocet 7.5 on Friday at 10:30 am.  I wouldn't say I have full blown anxiety but I can't handle being in the house.  I have been awake since 3:00 am and I have been to the grocery store 5 times (three diff. stores), to Starbuck's twice and Dunkin donuts, shopping at KMart, took the dog for a walk 4 times, cooked dinner and did all the dishes, did a load of laundry and now I am going crazy!  Trying to think of another store to go to.  I have a coupon for Kohl's and I think I will go there now.  Anyone else gone thru this during W/d?  I have also had major cravings today.

Thank you everyone.  Your kind words mean more than you know.  I just went to Kohl's (LOL).  I almost went to one of the grocery stores for a third time today but didn't.   I have been eating all kinds of fattening foods which is not good since I need to watch my weight.  I agree on the caffeine.  I think I definitely over did it today with 2 trips to Starbuck's and one to Dunkin Donuts but I use the coffee as a reward for not taking any pills. I also do that with the food.  Anyone else do that?  I didn't tell everyone but I made a Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake on Sunday because my daughter asked me to make it for her.  It was SO HARD to focus and get it done.  If she had not asked me I never would have done it. I feel like I am being a little obsessive compulsive with all the trips to the store.  It is actually embarrassing to admit how many trips I have made.  At least I haven't done any drugs but I have to be honest with myself.  I don't have access to any.

You took that wet blanket off your body and mind, and now it is waking up. Congrats on a hard fought weekend. Stay with it, you are well on your way to doing this. Call on your stubborn streak. It helped me to laugh at my body's attempts to sway my mind while I was in the depths of WD. It wasn't really funny, but it helped bolster my position mentally, and that is huge.

Keep fighting, you can do this. There is a better life ahead.

You are doing GREAT!! Did u know that theirs a tracker u can add to your profile to help you keep track of your clean days?? Its kinda cool! Also, caffeine wrecked havoc on me for about the first couple of weeks! I still have to watch how much I drink or I have anxiety through the roof! :)

It probably is anxiety and that is totally normal. It's really good that you are staying busy. It makes the time pass more quickly and the more active you can be, the quicker you heal. If your last dose was Friday, then your symptoms are probably peaking about now. Just hang in there. This will pass. I promise! If the nervous energy gets too bad, you may want to cut out any caffeine. It can really amp you up (in a bad way!) during wds. I hope you start to feel better very soon, and can relax a little!
