I'm so glad to hear you're doing well. Yes, clonodine is the answer and for anybody that wants it....call your dr. and fess up to why you want it and they'll give it to you. Its hardly a secret in the medical community that it helps with withdrawals and after all, they do want to help right?  It should be used for 10 days tapering towards the last few days, although it's safe to take until the withdrawals are over. However, it does lower your blood pressure so if you reach the point where the only withdrawal symptoms you're really feeling are lethargy and total lack of energy it may well be the clonodine so use that as a good guide as to when to stop. It's not dangerous per my dr. as long as you don't take the whole bottle or anything,
Again, I am so glad you're doing well. I must be lucky.....Tomorrow's Day 7 and I feel fabulous....I wish you the same.

No.. I meant tapering off of the clonidine.. this is Day 2 of no vic's..

I just figure why take it longer than I have to, especially if it's past the 2-4 day "mark" that usually is when the physical part is bad.  Plus, right now the worst for me is the fatigue, and like you said, the clonidine kinda wipes me out...

So, I'm gonna see how the next day or 2 goes, then likely taper off it...

Thanks you BEach again, so much, for your support!!!!  :-)

I'm glad you're doing well.....you mentioned tapering. Are you still taking some opiates? or did you mean tapering from the clonodine? Just a thought for you. Remember I went c/t off oxys 6 days ago.....and I SWEAR to you, except for a little fatigue, I have absolutely NO withdrawal symptoms today (really none to speak off past day 3 and they were mild, mild, mild. I'm telling you. Freedom is just a week away.....then its all in the mind. Good luck. If I can do it after 5 years, anybody can.....I'm pulling for you. We all are.
