Which is Harder to Detox off of?? Norco, Oxy or Methadone?
Hi,
I am new to all of this but unfortunately I am in a predicament. I tried to go cold turkey off of Methadone and almost died. I didn't know it was soooo pain-full and dangerous, now here is the thing, I couldn't do it so I went and got some med's. Which should I take last to wean and detox with?
I think Methadone is the worst.... Should I stop with Norco or Oxycodone????? What are the easier symptoms to come off of? Please help I am sick of being reliant to drugs, I want OFF!!!
ANy ideas of what to use would also be great! I am trying Noni Juice and Cal-Mag with other vitamins. Does the Thomas Reciepe really work??

You need to talk to your doctor about your pain mgmt, if you have CF than you should be under dr care for it and there are better meds for your liver than you are taking so be honest with your dr. If you are that sick than do all you can for your self to enjoy what life brings one day at a time. The way you have posted so far has been hard for these ppl here to help you. Do you need to talk to someone on the phone?. A three way call could be set up so you and your mom could talked to someone. Ppl here want to help but you but you have to be honest about what you need. Take care.
Oh. See I WANT to get off of them but find the pain too diffacult. I can't afford a rapid detox or would do that. My body needs to be off of them but I fisically can't do it. Which suck's cause I hate being a slave to them.

all i know is that the whole thing was an utter mess...last time also, moron 22 should just repost and start over...so he can get the help he needs...
that is what sucks about typing on these kinds of things. Sometimes what you read doesn't come out the same way it would sound if the person was speaking it...ya know what I mean. Or if the person is a bit loaded it may not come out right either...who knows?

i was here for that whole mess ( i was in w/d). I just didn't think it was worth wasting my time posting, since everyone else seemed to be having such a good time bickering. Regardless whether we think he is real or not, we should treat him with the same respect that all of you (who seem to all be the best of friends) do with each other. Instead of obsessing over who said what at what time, copy pasting or whatever ...just concentrate on helping. I'll say it again. if you think the person is a liar simply don't respond.

i am sorry, but i think you missed alot of what happened last week...and if you had been here to see all the chaos, i am certain you would understand...there is alot more to the story than what you see here...candle07 posted last week in complete desperation, i responded to her...her post basically said i am addicted to methadone and didnt know it was addictive and i have cancer and my son is dieing from CF, last stages of his life with liver and lung failure..we all (well most all) responded with nothing intended but to help this poor woman with this tragedy of a story...i posted to her twice she responded to me twice...then something horrible was said and she left....NOW this moron22 claims to be the son candle07, do you think he sounds like someone who is in their final stages of life with lung&liver failure...and the post above where you say slideshow is being mean, hes not...he is simply posting exactly what has transpired today...there was a post still up for candle07 from liscamdave...a candle07 responded to the post wanting to know why and if her post was deleted, i was genuinly(sp?) happy to be hearing from her as a few of us have been a little distraught with what had happened last week and were really worried for her...so i responded to candle07 post(from today) also asking her what type of cancer she had...the response i got was from moron22 and said HE had uterine cancer, like he was actually candle07..then it somehow got turned around that he is now candle07's dieing son and we still have not heard from candle07.... and this is where we are now.... so something is fishy here...i dont know what, but i dont think this is truthful on moron22's part...i do believe that the posts i received last week were real..this one i wonder about
Every word I posted here is true. I have HepC, I did do the study, I know about liver transplants and when folks can be put on the list (I am NOT on it yet, because you literally have to be dying to get on it). All a man/woman has is their word. I live by my word. If I give you my word it is good. I expect honesty from folks that I communicate with "more than once".
Wee no offense really, but you must not have read the original post from Candle....My last post was a quote from todays Moron22 who referred "back" to the original post of Candles "as his", reinforcing my first thought on the other thread that it enters my mind that the same person posted both names, both times. I could be wrong, it happens every day (my wife says). I will stay here and help anyone all night long that is serious and really needs help, but I don't appreciate liars.
