I got a bill for the website??

Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well.  I was just curious if anyone knew about getting billed for this website?? I recently got a bill in the mail that was for a medical support group from the internet.  I thought that this was  a FREE site!! Am I wrong?? Oh boy just what I need more stress about money!! :(

Please respond, it's been a rough few days and I really want to clear this up! Thanks all

Yeah I think it is just a scam.  Here is what it says: Internet Medical Group
The Doctor is "Kelly".. Idk I see a number on here I am going to call it to see what the deal is!! Wierrrrrrddd I didn't think this was a site that charged, and like Steve said I would need to put my credit card information in and I have never done that.  Also I do not have my full name displayed or anything so it does not make sense.  I am calling now I will let ya know! Thanks all.  Hope everyone is doing great in their recovery :)

well seen as you dont give out your address here or name for that matter to register they would not be able to get it from here

hmmmm....well its strange that a scammer would know that  she has been on a medical help website. But, yeah-this site is free--I have been on here a lil  over a year now and never charged a penny---and its a wonderfull site

Some of our Expert Forums do have a doctor's fee you have to pay in order to ask a question. But you have to pay in advance with your credit card via a SSL-encrypted Payment Page, and that fee would then show up on your regular credit card statement. You'd know you were being charged a fee before you would be able to post.

Additionally, in skimming your past posts I don't see any posts you've made in an Expert Forum.

Like Gnarly_1 says, it looks like someone is trying to scam you.

Hey Ali as far as I know its a free sight ...Ive been on here since sept of 09 ...surfed the sight for about a month b/4 I joined so I dont think its this one your getting billed for
watch out for internet fraud theirs a lot of crooks out there....
