I'm not sure what's going on

Today is day 9 clean for me and I have absolutely no energy even less than I had a few days ago and I'm always tired but can't sleep. Also I feel like I have a head cold is this all part of the process or did I probably just get a cold on top of everything else?

HI Ashley the energy crash is normal from where your at it will slowly get better look up the thomas recipe on the lower right of this page it will give you some supplements that will help a bit as for a cold it very possible although a runny nose is a sign of withdrawals but its really common to come down with something right after detoxing it knocks out your immune system just hang in there keep posting for support your on the better side of the hill now things will be getting better real soon good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

Sorry to hear your still feeling under the weather. Chances are you may have developed a cold due to your immune system being low and beat from lack of sleep and the strain of withdrawals. Energy takes a looong long time to come back but it will slowly and surely. Keep up the good work and keep ya head up!

I just recently moved back home with my parents when I decide it was timeto quit and managed to get through the whole detox process without them finding out I sai I had the flu but now it seems like even they realize how I have no energy. I guess I just thought it would all come back a little faster. Thanks

Hey Ash...
It's possible you have a cold...but I remember my sinuses getting congested every afternoon for a couple of weeks and I posted about it and others told me..Normal for detox.  It's just your body trying to get rid of the toxins...

And the energy thing can come and go at first and then you have to work at it...Exercise is key...I can't stress this enough..Start small and then work your way up.  Even if you aren't sleeping-get out and do as much stuff as you can and then rest....And be gentle with yourself and realize how far you've come...It's a process and a journey and you need to be patient (ugh I know...but learning patience is key(:)  Keep going...Lu
