Information Needed Please

I hope some one can help me please? One week ago today Friday 17th, I went from 10 vics a day to 4 (10/325) Sat I took only 2, Sunday only 2 and Monday @ 5 pm I only took 1 and no more since, I have been taking vics for over 3 yrs. now from a accident and realized I didn't need them Like I thought I did. I am doing pretty good compared to those first days of changing my dose and some anxiety alittle still. But bearable. But when can maybe I expect the bowel movements to get back to normal? That is totally driving me nuts or should I be concerned if they havent gotten better by now. I am noticing some change alittle but not normal at all yet. I will tell everyone One thing I did find out from my pharmicist about sleeping to help is to take the natural vitamin or Melatonin. It does help and all natural. Also my stomach is still nauseated, not at all like it was but still there. Can some one please provide infor to me or am I going totally nuts still? LOL

get some Imodium for your bowels, Pepto for the nausea and  an electrolite balancer such as gator aid.
This may go on a while because the drug slows down your normal digestive/ bowel process and your body is in WTF mode right now.
It just has to get used to not having the drug clinching the old poop chute up. What is going on is typical for detox mode that you are in....it's cleaning you out!!!!
Big congratulations on your fast taper...I admire and envy you for the ability to do that.
