Methadone withdrawal

I have fibromyalgia. I was finally diagnose two years ago. Since then I have been on everydrug you can name. I got a bad doctor who has since lost her license. For four months I was on Oxycontin, methadone and percocet 50 mgs a day for the methadone. I took my last pill lasy Sunday morning because I just couldn't take the sweats it gave me.I was put on a newdrug that was a morphine type but the 3 days I thought I was going to die. My husband took me to the emergency room, to be told I was withdrawling. I was given 2 weeks worth of Clonidine patches and sent home. I haven't not slept going on 75 hours. PLEASE how long before I will fall asleep???? I feel like I will never sleep again

tell me about it. im 6 months clean now, hardest thing ive ever done, started with a back injury, ended with methadone from a 'friend'

Thanks I'm trying but this is the hardest thign I have ever done. And  that's counting 2 back surgeries, two knee, 3 c-sections and fibro. Now this mess

just try to rest when you can, in time you will get an hour here and an hour there, it does take time to begin to sleep again, no way round it. hot baths help a lot.
