You should try to get in to see an addiction specialist. There is a drug called Suboxone/Subutex that they can give you to help get you off of the Oxy. It's not cheap to see an addiction specialist (insurance pays next to nothing for it) but it will be well worth it to get you on the road to having your life back. They will help you regardless of where you acquired the drugs from. I wish you well on your journey! You have extra incentive to succeed at getting clean: your child. You'll feel so much better when you're off the Oxy. You won't believe it! I spent 12 years taking Ultram (at the prescribed dose) but was completely physically dependent on it. I've been off it (& the Subutex) for 5 weeks today. The withdrawals were hard, but if you're really committed to stopping Oxy, you can do it! Good luck!
i am also addicted...i am taking any where from 200-400 mgs a day.
a doctor WILL help you no matter how you were getting the drugs....there is a pill called suboxen that will help take away the WDs but they are addictive in themselfs....if this is the route you go please read up on the pills.....doctors are known to over perscribe these pills...they should not be used for more then a week....you have to taper off them everyday.
if i were you i would start tapering now and go talk to a doctor and see if you can get somethign
