Deep breathing and concentration w/every palpatation. Long, super slow exhales will slow down your heart rate. Also valium or xanix in tiny bite sizes throughout the day helps a lot.

Hi jimmy,I know exactly how it feels to suffer from anziety/panic attacks.Jimmy i thought at one time that these symtoms would never go away,my treatment was clonazepam for acute attacks and psychotherapy with a psychiatrist to learn how to DEfuse and lower my anziety level,also i cut out stimulents like coffee,colas and alcohol, not to mentoion things like cocaine etc.Nonadays i am in good mental health,i can still if i let myself come close to an anziety attack,also excess worry is another factor in bringing on a panic attack. i hope this gave you a little insight all the best john

I know the anxiety part is so hard. But it does get better, I promise you. Mine didn't alst too long. The best thing you can do is take care of yourself. Eat well, exercise, take vitamins and amino acids. That will help heal you.
