I recently had to go to a pain management for some injections and he gave me lotab 10 be I only go to him about every 5 months the other time I go to mr regular doctor and see prescribe lortab 5 I use it mostly  until I just have to go to the pain doctor but I was wonder ing is this called doctor shopping since both doctor know they are giving me medication. And is my insurance going to red flag me beacuse of this cause right now they are high doses because i have a slipped disc in my neck and bone spurs on my neck and back that pressing on nerves. I also have major BAD BAD pain from my menstrual (/) cycle along with bad ibs that somethime I have to take pain medicine for . I take it prescribed somethimes I take more thatn I should but not really sure if I'm an addict cause I can go without it

Where I live you usually have to sign a document saying you wont get narcotics from another dr. Maybe this only applies to P.M. drs or maybe you cant get meds from diff. drs for the same problem.

Its very possible they will.. many people have come here saying that this has happened.. Getting a double script from different docs..  I would tell one of the docs you don't need the script b4 you get in serious trouble. do both doctors know what you are taking??  If not the pharmacy can call them and tell them.. i would be very careful.
