I will post my ticker....i lose count   guess after a while i stopped counting   I do know this is a great place to be while trying to get clean...and a great place to lurk around for years after too!

new to the site and gives me some real hope that so many of you guys are doing so well, 10 years on methadone and now 15 days totally drug free, apart from a ibuprofen 3 days ago.

466 days opiate free. Wow. I've always gone by months but it looks a hell of a lot better in days !!!
