I'm with IBKleen on this one....If they didn't suggest some sort of aftercare, I would start with that. She needs to be in some kind of support group that will help her stay clean. As we all say on this site- the easy part it quitting...the hard part is staying clean. Check into NA or AA groups in your area. The help and support I recieve from my group is amazing! And the chances of an addict relapsing without some sort of aftercare are very high.

Did they set your daughter up with any aftercare plans such as therapy or group meetings? Staying clean is difficult to do alone and outside support is always the best way to go. Let us know what they did upon her release and we can share with you our experiences.
