The books I mentioned are more focused on the nutritional side to recovery. There are formulations for different moods. Eating right and taking the right supplements and vitamins is KEY to a successful recovery! I have a little bit posted in my journals. along with a link.

The short of it is AVRT(addictive voice recognition therapy?) anyhow when your brain tells you to use- they say that is the "beast" a primative part of the brain and once you know where the thoughts to use are coming from you can override them with higher thinking.The book is long and kinda boring.
