Show up at a hospital emergency room EXTREMELY F-ED up and they HAVE to take you in to detox.  A treatment facility afterwards is different but if you want to physically edtox, they will take you in......

There are agencies that are paid by the State Mental Health department to treat uninsured people so that they can get into inpatient detox............

Google Narcotics Anonymous and ask if they know of any detoxes that work on a sliding scale.  When I went for my detox intake they asked what I could pay.   I told them if I had anything close to a twenty dollar bill I would be copping some dope.   They were nice enough to let me pay after I got clean and even then it was under one hundred dollars.
If NA has no answers start calling local hospitals, social service angencies, and the like.   Let them know you have no money.   So are you getting legal scripts?   You aren't spending money on your drugs?   Just asking because if so, maybe your doctor could get you on some medications to help you detox on your own.
best of luck
