Hey there!  Sorry, I've been away from the forum for awhile.  Busy with life (son made all-star baseball team -- so much traveling and running around with that, daughter had big annual dance recital, kids are now out of school, had houseguests for awhile, still recovering from surgery and running to a few doctors....etc.)  It's now well after midnight Chicago time and it's the only time I can get on here.....but not for long.....cuz we have to be up early tomorrow.....  Anyway, thanks for thinking of me!  I do miss hearing about how everyone is doing.  Wow.  Ya miss several days of the forum and forget it, it takes FOREVER to try to catch up!  I did catch the vikes guy drama though.  Ah, such a small thing really.  His world is a little myopic.  If he wants it that way, let him have it :-)  So glad to hear you're doing MUCH better and weaning off of things slowly and in a smart way.  Good for you.  Hope to be able to catch up more later.  In the meantime, blessings and beautiful (and easier) days to all.....     ~~K.

Thats awesome that Fladdict, is making you a charted program, she's Great at that!

As far as Sub treatment?....I don't know I would play by ear, after Fladdict draws you up a plan, and then see how you feel.

Well my freind, I know you'll pull though, just got to really think things through and go with the best advise, and I think your attitude w/ not wanting to take anymore pills, and trying out the program is a Great start.

I hope you don't have to back in ER anymore!

Hey all!!!
I am so sorry that I haven't been on much the past few days...the end of the week through tomorrow are super busy, so I check in and post a time or two, then need to get right back off the computer! By tomorrow night, I should have a less crazy week! How are you all doing? How's everyone coming along in w/d's? Fladdict, how are you doing on the sub?? hi, had a virues yesterday,, threw up thrusday and friday morning..slp off an on all day..Then the doc called with my cat scan results..Now the hematoma is a little bigger then a baseball..And that was it..SO i am like now what? but i was too sick to talk..Then he said the pain in my back is a degrenreate( i think that is what he said ) disc and some pretty bad arthristis, so he sent it to a orthropedic..Well he is sending for nothing becaue i am never having another surgery in my life..LOL i almost died..Now they are going to want to keep me on these pills and i am not..Hell if i think it is yoda can break a bone, i can deal with my back..what you think?
right now fladdict is making my tapering plan..Not sure if i am going to sub after..I wil try not to..
