Sneezing - why does it happen?

It's crazy how I'll sneeze 2-4 times in a row.   It's seems to be slowing down a bit as Day 4 approaches (in 30 minutes, I'll start Day 4 - woo hoo!) It's seems like 10 minutes ago that I was working up the nerve to type my first "I'm stopping my pain meds" post.

Congratulations on day 4!!!! Every time i read about someone yawning, then i yawn...that's the only time I've noticed it.Maybe we yawn because we aren't getting enough sleep!!! haha I am doing the sneezing tho!

I think we all do that. I think its our bodies getting rid of all the **** we've been talking. Along with the sweats we sneeze our brains out. Just wait til the yawning starts. You won't be able to stop. You'll be trying to have a conversation and be yawning all the time. It's actually quit funny sometimes. Your doing good so keep up the good work. Your almost done with the physical stuff and then comes the mental so don't let your guard down. You'll really want to post when the mental cravings hit,it helps to let it out.

first congrats on day 4...
i have no idea why we sneeze so much...my kids got tired of saying god bless you..lol
then after a sneeze i would yawn...
i would love to know the medical reason
