I have been a member of Medhelp for a very long time now, and for a reason I don't understand, just lately, I'm seeing many questions about first-time or bad-time street-drug users.  I find this very upsetting, because these people, mostly teens, are putting themselves into grave danger by doing this, having long-lasting negative effects from the drugs.  I just want to say this: PLEASE DO NOT TRY OR DO STREET DRUGS... you can never know what is really in them, if they will kill you, or change your mental perceptions for life.  I"m not addressing those who have an ongoing addiction here, I'm talking to the ones who are new to it.  PLEASE STOP.  You are dearly loved by family and friends.  They don't want to see you harmed or dead because you took something you thought would just be fun for a little while.  Blessings - Blu

I was an isopropalmethamphetamine user as a young man, I did tons of street drugs from 13- 20 yrs of age. I ended up taking Datura Stremonium, likely the strongest hallucinogen on the planet. I'm glad the police found me, I was wandering around for days, not knowing I was high, talking to people who weren't there. I straightened up, I scared myself, yet I ended up using pharmaceutical drugs, thinking it was safer. The pharmaceuticals came closer to killing me than any other drug. These new drugs are so bad for you, BlueCrystal is so right, stop, or don't ever try them. Don't think that pills are any safer. Curiosity killed the cat!!! Take it from someone who has knocked on deaths door many times, make new friends if you have to, **** people off, but don't go into the world of drugs. I don't know many who don't regret it eventually. THINK ABOUT IT!!! Seriously think about it. It is not worth the night of fitting in or getting high. No matter how bad things may seem, drugs will make it worse.
