I lived in Mexico for most of 99 and the dr. there had me on a medication called Temgesic. When I came back to usa I went on Duragesic Patch after a year or so.. I think this Temgesic is the detox meds you guys are talking about. I have a old box here and they were 2mg sublingal. Its buprenorfina (sp).. Brand as I say was Temgesic. Its a great medication for pain and I can never remember having the side effect of it that I have with this patch. I can't wait for the day I have none of this medication in my body. It has so many side effect while you are one it(duragesic).. ( depression, constipation, moodswings, severe loss of appetite..muscle loss et etc )...

No, Temgesic is way, way weaker than sub. One sub is equal to 40 or 20 Temgesic ( temgesic is .2 or .4 MG Buprenorphine a sub is 8 MG) Also Temgesic is just Buprenorphine, Suboxone is Buprenorphine and Naloxone, however the naloxone doesn't really do anything in subs so idk why they even put it in there.
