Im battlen the detox right now of OXYCONTIN  i bein taken 2 80 every 12hrs but i have come to the point in my life that after 9 years of this im tiered im 38 two kids dont whant it any moore i had 5 back cirgerriy  but i dont even care any moore about the pain the OXYCONTIN IS WAY MOORE PAIN FULL then the fisacall pain i dont know if i can du this

It is friken hard.. How long are you into wd? Yes you can do this if you are determined enough... Hot Baths or showers, Hot water bottle, heating pad.. I have heard of wrapping your legs in ace bandages helps with restless legs, Motrin 800 if you have it around or Bayer back and body Advil. It sounds like you are being prescribed your doc, I suggest going to your Dr. and getting medical help for detox, You have been taking them for a very long time.. Sorry I have nothing else except you are right the pain of addiction can out weigh the physical pain we suffer... Living is so much more fulfilling when you can feel it... did you taper down before quitting or just quit cold turkey?
