update,encouragement and question

all, update somewhere around wo weeks clean of tramadol here.  Feel pretty good except for this sleep thing.  It does get better to all that are suffering the physical pain will be over soon.  Question though, I am going to dr. tomorrow to get somethng for sleep.  Anyone had any experience what helps the best for sleep when withdrawaling from opiates?  My doctor is usually open to suggestions, hence the opiate addiction?  Thanks all!!!

Things I have used that works for me: Tylenol PM, melatonin, valerian root and a hot tub.  Congrats on your clean time!!!!!!!

Tere is a med called trazadone it is non naroctic ....lots of people here say it works really well
Cuz the problems with the benzos andsleep aids is most are habit forming

I use Ambinen cr and it works pretty good I am on day 17 from c/t.

maybe valium might work or maybe ambien not sure
