I will be fine - just as long as I know Tim is ok.  mj you know how emotional withdrawals can be.  Maybe that is what this whole thing was all about or turf.  Who know's?  I am taking your advice though - rolling off my back.

Tim... I am glad you are logging off. A couple deep breaths and you are gonna be back to your good ol bad-a** self!  sometimes stepping away is good... and again, you did GREAT today buddy.  surround yourself with light and love as you lie down...

Shelby - yes, the emotional crud.  You and me - lucky us.  Anything can trigger it... so I want you to be careful if you stay on here much longer, ok?  Maybe logging off a good idea too, read a good book, breath and think of beautiful, wonderful things?  You can cry then sister - but it'll be a good cry!
