Tramadol W/D

Hi Everyone,
It's been 48 hours (maybe more) since I took my last Tram. For the past week and a half I cut back to 150mg daily taken before noon time. I went C/T because my script ran out and I want my old life back. Well I have'nt slept in the past two days and I'm sure this is from the w/d. I'm feeling crappy, not motivated and mild hot/cold sweats. My questioin is: Does it get worse from here or since I cut back from 400mg  to 150mg will this be it? Sorry if this sounds stupid (i forgot to add that I also have major fog in my head and can not focus). When I went thru w/d from hydro is was worse mainley with the body aches and not being able to move. Also does anyone know how long these evil drugs stay in your system? I a nurse looking for a job and they always perform a drug test and need to know how long should I wait.
Any suggestions or comments would help!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You

I'm in day 4 of tram w/d, my w/d was much worse and I used much less, and I am totally new to addiction, and to this site.  So all I can do is share what I have been thru.  I cut back to 50 mg. every 12 hours for 3 days just to keep the freezing sweats, and vomitting under control, then Monday I went c/t, it's been bad I can't lie.  But today was my first day of not being physically sick, although I still have the fuzzy head, and a few body tremors, but mostly today I've been MAD!  I can be a 5 ft. ball of fire when needed, so I don't know if that is why I am so mad today or if it's part of the drug.  But I've found playing about an hour of Wii tennis helps me burn off some of that, but I had to get to the point to where I wasn't in so much pain before I could do that.  As far as staying in your system, I don't have a clue, but the doctor I just saw told me it leaves the receptors quickly and that I am probably past the worse now. A pee test could be different?? You must be a CNA? An RN should know this stuff, no offense. For the next few days spend time at what makes you happiest (not pills), but anything walking a dog, weeding the garden, whatever you like the most and relaxes you, I've found some comfort in that.  Good Luck to you, you'll be okay.

Your a nurse so you should know that opiates have a short half life.
In less than a week if your not using they will be gone.
