Hey Buck...just so you know, exercise is what kept me on track after a 5 year run with the meds. I'm in my 40s so my exercise goals was to regain my strength from my 20s...I'm pretty close and have a six pack again. By concentrating on those goals, I was able to forget about the meds...almost 11 months now...
Keep exercising and if you start to feel down, exercise some more. There were times I exercised 3x in one day...cardio, weights, cardio, etc...
You can get over this hump...

Haha I am from the north so I know the feelin my friend.Past the 24th hour and been runnin temp and extremely hot adn uncomfortable. Hopefully this will only last til Monday.

take one then 2 a day of what? glad u r feeling better..and exercising..amkes a world of difference..my endorphins would kick in afgter 5-10 minutes and would last for hours sometimes after a good workout...made me feel positive and energetic...still does...whenever i feel depressed or anxious i do a workout....aminos help as well.....tyrosine helped me alot with energy at 2000-3000 mg a day...sounds like u have the world at ur feet...congrats!
