Will I go through it all again?

Hi.  On Sat I stopped taking my usual 16 pill a day dose.  I went through horrendous withdrawal for the first 4 days and then I was OK, mostly.
I had to take a few pills here and there for incredible pain, maybe 2 or 3 total for a couple of days and I am aching all over again.
My question is, since I don't want to take them at all, is will I go through the same withdrawal again or will it be a little easier since the habit wasn't for nearly as long or nearly as much.
I'm just wondering if I went through all of that for nothing/.....

Hi...how's the little one!??  When is the last time you took a pill?  From 16 to 2-3 is a huge jump...I don't know if the w/d will be as bad?  I would hope not.  You know how much progress you have made...just keep looking forward....you can do this for you and your child!!!!

Yeah I went maybe 5 days without and then HAD to take one.  It was unbearable.  I've taken 2 a day, maybe 2 and 1/2 for the past 2 days and I really hope I just don't have to start all over again....

no - you will be fine.  check out in above posts how I have done a rapid taper over a week - 24 - 12 - 9 - 6 pills and its OK
