Hi!
It may just be your brain affecting you but in my case I found out my back was out of alignment and rotation. Now, I have tendency to have back problems, so this may not apply to you at all but it is something to keep in the back of your mind in case the pain continues.
I am working with a PT and she thinks she can get me back together.
You could try a massage and see if that helps. I'm trying one later this week as every muscle is so tight.
The best to you.

A lot of times your brain will manifest pain to get you to use again and most of the tim it is in the back area. Try not to feed into it and use a heating pad in that area and it will help. Ibuprofen works really well for back pain. Your doing great. This shouldn't last to much longer. Hang in there buddy!!!!

Yes, I have experienced lower back pain with withdrawal from morphine.
I do experience pain all over my body, however, this pain was different from what I had felt before and it would be relentless for weeks on end. It separated itself from how my normal pain was in many ways. Not to mention it started after I had reduced my daily morphine dosage.
Mine also bothered me in my tailbone and then worked itself up my back. Sitting was very uncomfortable at times during these periods.
I can not say that it has eased back much but then I am still going through a taper down in morphine so I don't know if mine ever will until I am off morphine completely.
But sitting on soft / cushy chairs has made a heck of a difference in how it feels.
I know this is one of the symptoms that the doctors related to my being in morphine withdrawal as well.
Hope my experience helps.
