As a one time thing probably nothing. Taken orally like this the impact of the drug will be greatly reduced. He should watch out for an signs of a developing ulcer though.
If the friend experiences seriously increased heart rate then the amount is enough to cause problems and an E.R. visit may be in order.
(It depends on the friend's tolerance as well. I don't believe the friend isn't using otherwise. It's highly unlikely. If it turns out to be a big misunderstanding, I'll celebrate by buying a lotto ticket as strange odds would be in the air tonight! :)  )
I get the impression it was swallow the drug or have the searching officer find it...?

he will probably get sick from eating it, and maybe the sickness will show him the buzz isnt worth it, ive used coke in the past and i know how addicting it can be, it isnt a phase he has just got with the wrong crowd, go online and print out all the bad things coke can do to your body and give it to him and talk about it with him, tell him this drug can really screw up your life, maybe it will sink in

LET ME KNOW IF I CAN HELP MORE
