Congratulations on your one year mark. During the summertime I stumbled onto this forum and was inspired by many of your post. Many of the things that you had to say really helped me through some dark days. I hope that you realized that you have helped more people than you may even know about! Pamela
Have to agree with the group, on an incredible accomplishment Michael!
Not only slaying that dragon, but doing so while in such pain.
My hats off to you sir!
As Pamela mentioned, you have been such a supportive and calming(when times got wacky here) influence, to soooooo many.
I wish you continued success in staying in recovery, and everything!!

Your posts are so thought-provoking and insightful.....You really do understand the addict psyche. Congratulations on your year of sobriety!! You have been through a lot and continue to come here and help others.....that is to be commended in itself. You ALWAYS have something positive to say to old-timers and newbies alike. Thanks for being the "guru" of our forum here, Hippy. We love ya---peaz
Congrats. One year ... that's awesome! You da man for sure.
I saw an Outer Limits episode about a guy that stayed clean for a year. It turned his brains into plutonium and he took out the Eastern Seaboard. But I'm pretty sure that won't happen to you.
Have a very Good Friday, my friend. You earned it.

Alexis,
Nice to see you posting again. I hope you are doing alright. As well physically alright and not hurting yourself more by continuing to use and working out. That can be detrimental as you have read, and I am sure you are aware. So be careful.
I know you have a vision and want to stick to training, but you have to keep the overall picture in mind as well.
At least you are back posting again. That means at least you know you can't do this forever...
Were here for ya and just want to see you keep healthy...
