I am new to this I have ben on hydo 10 mg650 I have been taking it to 7 years from the iraq war. I am quiting it cold turckey and I am on day three. I have tramadol and valum and zanax what is the best way to help with the withdraws??? Please help me.

i actually ate great during W/Ds ...even a lil more so than when "Norm"

I'm not to much help but perhaps some support.  I'm day 6 off 15-20 vicodin a day.
days 3-4 were bad, today day 6, my whole body is tender to touch and I'm either freezing cold or roasting hot.  Legs ache,  My cat just jumped on me and wow, I'm tender all over.  I have some ativan that I can take to calm the anxiety,  (woke up and was nearly crawling out of my skin with anxiety)
You are doing great, hang in there and know there will be ups and downs.   I really feel worse today then yesterday???   Stomach is growling, ,but my appetite is very good?
Everyone else seems to lose their appetite, but not me?
