Thank You to everyone,you have all been instrumental in my clean time.I'm even prouder of myself today,I have a horrible cold and sent my husband to get some cold and flu tablets when he got back I thought I'd check what was in them,believe it or not they contain codeine 9.5mg per tablet needless to say I'm glad I checked and of course I didn't take any.
