dreams

so i am sure this is something that a lot of people go through....with the subconsicous being so crazy and all....when i quit smoking the first time it happened A LOT like a week after i had stopped. last night it was some weird one where my friend took me to some small, tiny bar full of a bunch of older people....then whips out a bottle of all kinds of different pain meds....and i was so ansy like, it was no good at all. then i realized i was dreaming that i was dreaming about it....woke up (in my dream) feeling all creeped out and upset that i had ate some....then woke up for real and realized it was ALL a dream.....uggghhh!!!

I have discovered that sometimes when I take my dose of methadone,
that sometimes later in the day I find myself kind of falling asleep and saying really weird things. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
I also catch myself in the middle of it sometimes and realize I am totally talking out of my head lol.

I've been plagued by drug dreams through all my addictive years - just had an awful one last week for the first time in years.  I slipped up last month and got into some suboxone just to see what it was like after 5yrs clean from heroin/methadone - I always have the same dream - I've got a bunch of dope and keep trying to fix up a shot, but something getts in my way of doing it - My last one ended with me drawing up an exaggeratedly large volume of heroin into a massive syringe, but the rig was just full of blood and I woke up.  For me it's just a sign that my cravings are raging and it's seeping through into my subconcious - Those dreams can be awful - they usual ruin a couple days for me, but just recognize them for what they are and try to focus on getting better - they'll go away.

Too weird...just the other night I dreamt I was eating a hydro the size of a watermelon.  I remember actually feeling the buzz and thinking how the hell am I going to explain THIS on the forum. lol

ohhhhh I so remember dreams like that I once dreamed i was carrying about a bottle of pills that was almost bigger them me ..........They do stop :)

Drugs dreams are fairly common. And, they are just that---dreams.

BTW...be careful who you call old..LOL LOL
