Me and Beach

For anyone who is concerned beach and myself have cleared the air.I was never really mad at him, just a case of hurt feelings.Other people who have followed this whole conversation from the start have their own feelings about this and that is their right.I am new here and I posted that I am ready to quit but I am afraid amoung other things. Then beach posted and said that I was not ready to quit and that my post screams that.I felt like he was calling me a liar.I was like well how does he know if im ready to quit.People who read this stuff felt like nobody should tell anyone when they are ready to quit. That is there opinion.Beach did write me and tell me he would never call me a liar and that what he thinks is that I do want to quit but I am not ready.I dont really understand that completey, but I trust he was not trying to be mean now.Anyone who has been on these pills like I am know the emontional state that I am in and the mood swings that I am having.I honestly felt like I was being called a liar and I never wanted to post again. There are so many awsome people here that talked me out of feeling like that.Anyway I didnt mean to cause any drama or anybody to be mad at anone else . I do enjoy being in here alot.I enjoy talking to all of you very much. This was a case of bad communacation.
Thanks guys!
Jennifer

I've been here a while, and I know the way that beach responds to posts. I know in my heart that beach didn't mean any disrespect from what he posted to you. I see people on here all the time that WANT to quit these things, but just aren't quite READY to quit yet. I was like this the first few times I tried to quit. Gosh, I wanted to quit so bad, but I just wasn't ready yet. Being ready entails a bunch of things. Is there a good plan for quitting and withdrawing? Is an aftercare plan in place? Is there good support? I am glad you and beach have cleared the air. He can truly be a great source of information and help in your journey to recovery. Beach needs some work on his "delivery" sometimes..but his intentions are always well intentioned. Now Jennifer, what IS your plan now? How will you detox? Do you have a support system (outside of this forum..which is great by the way)? what is your aftercare plan?

well said and I know right now your sensative about your addiction because I honestly believe that your want to quit......but to me that is different from your ready to quit.........
When your ready you will know it and you won't take the pills anymore.............I promise you this will hit you and you will know when its time........

what2donow make a plan get some support from loved ones and commit to it....
when your ready you will know this light will go on in your head that says "ENOUGH" !!!!
