Well I am trying to see how I feel without the methadone.I haven't taken one today and wont have any till friday.This wasn't exactly planned but have tapered from 20ro 10 in the last couple months.I will let you know how it goes. Ruthie

The meth taper soundsO.K. 20mgs to 10mgs.Let your body respond and adapt to the new lower dosage. good work.remember methadone levels in the system are still adjusting.

I know exactly where your at.  You should'nt be too bad today or tommorow.  Friday will be worse, but that's when you go right?  Anyway, the suboxone has worked great for me so far... better than I would have ever imagined!  Good Luck and if you need anything, just ask and I'll do all I can to help.
