need advise for getting of oxycodone

i need help and advise ive been on 120mg oxy for 2 yrs from a bike accident i want off im just scared to death to get started dont know what to do afraid the wds are gonna kill me any advice would be appreciated.

its day 1 and wow its rough right now no sleep,mind is spinning a million miles an hour,legs are really kicking up a storm i hope i can make it through this time.as far as the taper goes,im out so i guess so is tapering.hopefully i can make it this time i really need and appreciate any and all support good luck to all and god bless, craig.

No they wont kill you we tend to build them up in our minds until they take on a life of there own .Do get me wrong they s uck I think it worse because we know its coming if we didn't it would be like the flu where you could not sleep well.Any type of exercise you can get helps even if its just walking .There is something called the amino acid protocol its in the right hand column its has supplements that can help your body heal.Also hot baths are a life saver .Hang in there ...Let us know how you are.

Hi~  The good news is that the withdrawals won't kill you but you won't feel good at all;
similar to the flu.  Are you able to taper that dose down over the next few weeks? Maybe
have someone hold the pills and give you a specified amount per day? Or do you just want to stop now?
