When going to your suboxone subscriber, you need to tell them what your methadone dosage was and what your current symptoms are. They can adjust your treatment from there

You need to speak with your prescribing physician about dosing instructions with the Suboxone. Make certain you follow his instructions, especially going from Methadone to Suboxone.
