Cocaine has been linked to a thinning of the vessel walls in the brain.  It is not natural to experience any sudden headaches and if you are experiencing them you should have them checked out immediately.  Sudden headpain is most likely the cause of a blockage or weakening of brain vessels.  Be very careful about the advice you give if you are a cocaine addict.  It is very serious when sudden headaches occur.  I have sufferred two brain bleeds and lost most of my family to anuerysm bleeds because of drug use.  My Mother my two brothers and my sister have all abused drugs and have died as a result.  I inherited these brain anuerysms through my mothers drug use and because I look after myself and dont drink or smoke I am a survivor. I am currently studying Medicine and have researched this subject quite extensively.  Sudden headaches are very serious and should never be ignored.  Stop using Cocaine......You will face serious consequences if you dont.

just like new said, a headache is not a sign of a overdose. overdoses with coke are rare, but still happen, i had a couple. my first sign was uncontrolable legs and arm jolts and that irregular heartbeat, then convulsions. please consider getting yourself away from cocaine and those that use it, it's a dead end road.
