Congrats Jim, I know you've been waiting and fighting a long time for this day. Don't get too cocky, though. I did, and then when a WD symptom hit me, it hit like a freight train. I hope you have no more symptoms at all!! Congrats again, and keep us up on your progress.
I am sooo glad to hear you are having a symptom free day!!! I am even more glad that you are going to Matrix. I don't know anything about this place but I think it is great that you are double checking to see if there is anything you need to do to stay non-addicted!
Best to you

Isn't it a wonderful feeling to wake up and feel normal?? To actually want to get out of bed, and have the motivation to do things, and feel good about yourself and life? It's something we all need to keep in mind when we reach for the pills again. What is this going to lead to? How bad am I going to feel after this? How much better do I feel when I'm NOT taking anything.
Not taking an medication for an extended period of time really opens my eyes to all of this, and Jimmy, I hope you keep this Day 11 close to your heart, and close to those cravings if they hit. Keep winning this battle!
I haven't posted to you before and there are new people I need to get to know that have become members while I was away. C O G R A T U L A T I O N S on your 11 days. My only advice from this point is to get outside as much as you can and you seem to be doing that.
Take Care.....LS
