HI and welcome to the forum...Karl gave you some good advise ...I wouldn't recommend trying to jump off at such a high dose ....I was at 150 and it took me 8 1/2 mo to taper off
like Karl said its not that hard in the higher doses but when you get to the lower doses
it can become more difficult to do...you just have to make up your mind that you want off
of it and start tapering down...let your body be the final judge in when you drop doses
if your feeling the withdrawal stop for a wile and let your body ketch up every clinic brings you down differently ...I used a taper given to me by a neo/natal nurse that brings babys off heroin methadone oxy ext....I figured if it was safe enough for a baby it would be safe enough for me....if you would like it I can send it to you.....we no long post tapers in the open forum ....it will bring you down as fast and comfortably as possible..most clinics go really slow ...but after all they like to keep there costumers...anyway stick around the forum you will need the support to help you do this there are several members on here that have been in your shoes and know the way back out good luck and God bless....Gnarly
Hi. The best way to go is to taper down slowly. At higher doses, the drops are not that hard to take. When you get down to the lower doses it gets harder, but,if you have had enough of the clinics and leaving samples in bottles, and see this is really a dead end,you will do it.
It took me 6 months to go from 30mg to zero, then three months to come around to being myself.
Don't scare yourself, stay strong, because as sure as you slowly went up in dosage, you can come down.
Good luck to you and keep posting,we will be here. karl
