HI and welcome to the forum...the best answer I can give you is xanex is highly additive
and you build up a dependency on it quickly ...eventually it will quit working for you unless you start to take more of it...its a viscous cycle...and not a good way to live...if you decide to go off it do it under a dr supervision ..all benzo's need to be tapered off of slowly to avoid seizures your dr can help you do it properly DONT just quite taking it...good luck and God bless.......Gnarly
