FRUSTRATED!! adrenal , hashimotos..

so i take sixty mg of armour thyroid a day... but i still have headaches and tired...  i know its my adrenals... it has to be .. because when i take the medicine i should not feel worse... if anyone has any suggestions or anything please let me know... and when i take licorice root i feel better but that doesnt always work.. im so tired of this damn problem .. i have lost ten years of my life to it...  im ready to give up..

Well you do have two issues. Have you posted on the thyroid forum? I'm a regular poster there. Did you get the headaches after the Armour re-formulation may through June depending when your pharma recieved the new stuff (junk). Many got bad symptoms after the change. Many changed to Nature Throid, its better.

Check out a naturopath or someone who is knowledgeable in adrenal fatigue. Or have you read Dr. Teitlebaum;s book  or Dr. James Wilson;s book on adrenal fatigue?
They have some great protocols I am getting ready to research and try.
Don't give up... you CAN do this. Be strong and be your own advocate.. no one knows better than you how you feel.
