Help with ACTH results please

I have been having problems for several years. My endocrinologist said he was certain I had adrenal fatigue and ordered an ACTH test. His nurse just called and said I was fine and he didn't need me to come back. My results were:

Baseline: 10.7
30 minutes: 20.1
60 minutes: 25.4

Do these results seem normal? I have so many symptoms. I took Dr. Wilson's quiz in his book. Anything above 132 showed adrenal fatigue, I scored 175. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if I should try to find a new doctor or what to do. Thank you so much!

I am not a doctor. Elevated potassium is usually related to renin and aldosterone.

I know it is frustrating but ordering your own tests can sometimes muddy the waters instead of clear them...

Thank you so much for your post! My sodium was 138 with normal being 136-145. My potassium jumped to 5.8 but now it is down to 4.3 with normal being 3.4-4.8. I was thinking of ordering my own tests, doing a 28 day female hormone saliva panel and a complete adrenal panel.

Do you think this would be a good next step or should I look in a different direction?

Yes you had a normal stim test.

Sadly the "adrenal fatigue" can cover other diseases and not just adrenals and fatigue can be causes my many things not just your adrenals.

Unless you have abnormal sodium readings, I would look at other sources.
